Refund policy

30-day return guarantee

For orders delivered worldwide, you may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the last item in your order. Contact Funny Mask LTD through our contact form with your order number. Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.

The voluntary guarantee allows reasonable inspection. Items must not have been used beyond that inspection or damaged by you. You pay the direct return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns; there is no restocking fee. We refund the returned item price to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the return. Outbound delivery charges under this voluntary extension are not refunded unless applicable law requires it. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain our responsibility under applicable law.

Your statutory rights remain separate

This voluntary extension does not reduce EU or UK statutory 14-day withdrawal rights, applicable refund deadlines, or rights concerning faulty goods. Where a statutory rule gives you a stronger remedy, that rule applies.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

For orders of physical goods made online, EU consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. For an order delivered separately, the applicable withdrawal period starts when the last item is received. You may also ask to cancel a pre-order before dispatch.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to Funny Mask LTD through our contact form. Include your name, order number and the items concerned. You can use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Sending your withdrawal notice within the period is sufficient; approval is not required to exercise that right.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Contact us for packing and return instructions. Unless we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning goods when changing your mind. Handle the item only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Your statutory rights are not conditional on unopened packaging.

We will reimburse the payments due under your withdrawal, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. We will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option you selected are not reimbursed as part of statutory withdrawal.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. Your statutory remedies, including the applicable minimum two-year legal guarantee in the EU, remain in place. This is separate from change-of-mind returns. We do not charge return costs that the law requires the seller to cover for a defective item.
