Terms of sale

These terms apply to physical products sold through Funny Mask by Funny Mask LTD. Contact us through our contact form. Seller contact details are being updated.

Products and orders

Choose the product and variant you want and review the order details before paying. Product characteristics, available options and prices are described on the relevant product page. Images illustrate the product; screens may display colours differently. Do not treat costume or novelty face coverings as protective equipment unless the product description expressly establishes that purpose.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the order currency, product total, applicable taxes and delivery charges before you place your order. Card payment is required for the current pre-order offer; cash on delivery is not offered for this initial pre-order period. A payment or order confirmation does not mean the goods have already been dispatched.

Pre-order delivery

Pre-orders have estimated dispatch around two weeks after the order is placed. Courier transit time is additional. This is an estimate rather than a fixed arrival date. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you. You can request cancellation before dispatch through our contact form. The Shipping policy provides further details.

Withdrawal, returns and conformity

EU consumers have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for online purchases of physical goods, starting from receipt as set out in the Return and refund policy. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

Please send order questions or complaints through our contact form, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and explain the next steps. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy policy.

30-day voluntary return guarantee

Customers worldwide may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the last item in their order, and return the item within 14 days after notice. The conditions and refund process in our Return and refund policy apply. This extension does not reduce EU or UK statutory 14-day withdrawal rights or rights for faulty goods.
